Proposed virtual kickoff

The proposed AI 2030 Healthcare Working Group — Virtual Kickoff is planned for Monday, August 31, 2026. Nancy Maher, Vidur Nayyar, and Xiaochen Zhang are currently identified as speakers; the start and end time in Eastern Time, any additional speakers, and the final agenda remain to be confirmed by AI2030.

The kickoff will introduce the Working Group, its Year 1 priorities, and the ways leaders and contributors can participate. Registration will open only after the final event details and Microsoft Teams Webinar permissions are approved and an external registration test succeeds.

Is this limited to the United States?

Year 1 is US-led and globally relevant. We welcome perspectives that help the work travel, while being honest about the initial operating focus.

Do I need to represent a large organization?

No. The important requirement is senior operating experience and the ability to represent a pillar beyond a single organization or function.

What will the Working Group produce?

The flagship output is an Agentic AI Adoption Guide for Healthcare, supported by practical implementation guidance, case studies, insight briefs, and executive roundtables.

What happens after I apply?

Nancy and Vidur review applications on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates are contacted for a conversation; not every applicant will be interviewed.
